The Bow River is world famous for it's many attributes. Rainbow & Brown Trout grow to very large sizes. Our Browns out number the Rainbows 4 to 1 and with about 2500 trout per mile, hooking and landing a 20" Brown is a regular accurance on the Bow, that has been called by many famous Fly Fishers "possibly the best dry fly river in the world". We like to call our Rainbows "Bow River Bullets" as they are famous fighters that love to leap high out of the water and strip off fly line well into the backing. With an average size of 16 to 19 inches you'll be sure to have the Trout fight of your life, every day on the Bow, Rainbows well over 20 inches are hooked & landed.
